At the start of your session, our scripts will erase the previous user configurations. At the end of your rack session, our scripts will automatically email you some essential show command output to you!
As for support, it will only be done by Cisco certified individuals & we have 2 CCIEs (1 QUAD & 1 DOUBLE CCIE) in the team at the moment! With our support ticket system, getting & tracking your support request has never been so easy before!
